The STABIMAT system allows you to perform wooden platforms with a small height of 6 ÷ 15 cm. This is the scope for which the law does not regulate in detail the safety conditions when operating machines and does not require the use of barriers. Nevertheless, the employer before performing the platform should analyze the scope of activities related to machine / machine operation and the risks that may occur on a given position due to falling from the platform or stumbling while climbing the platform. It is also necessary to analyze the number of people at the same time on the single platform while operating the machine - the necessary size of the platform may depend on this. Such an analysis will allow to assess the danger of falling down from the platform, for example when walking or standing at its edge, when moving materials or when two or more people are simultaneously standing on the platform and determining whether it is worth installing barriers to reduce hazards. The platform tiles are wooden, have an anti-slip surface, are easy to assemble and disassemble (one person is enough to assemble), they are stable after assembly and are also easy to keep clean. Thanks to the safety colors used, STABIMAT platforms are clearly visible on the edges, which significantly improves safety at the workplace.
